Gurukripa Infra Realty was set up initially by Mr. Gurpreet Singh along with a friend in the name "AGI Ventures Private Limited ". The company in the earlier days, undertook a Real Estate Project in Pithora (Chhattisgarh). The project was sold off. In 2011 Mr. Gurpreet Singh decided to form a public limited company to enable him to bring in more funds and to also be more transparents. The company was duly converted in Registrar of companies and the new name of company is "Gurukripa Infra Realty India Limited ". The company name was converted on 19/07/2011.

There are 3 directors in the company and Mr. Gurpreet Singh is the Director and chairman of the Company.

We are member of Chhattisgarh chamber of commerce, We are also an ISO 9001-2008 certified company from JAS-ANZ. It is the goverment appointed accreditation body for australia and new zealand responsible for bodies (CABs) in the field of certification and inspection. Accreditation by JAS-ANZ demonstrates the competence and independence of those CABs. ISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system.
